About the Department

The Department of Zoology is established in 1960.The teaching staff is highly
qualified with supportive and helpful supporting staff. All the teachers are
involved in curricular and co-curricular activities. Every year Departmental fest
is arranged for the students to showcase their talents. As per the guidelines of
NEP the students are sent for OJT & internship.

Department Highlights:

The Department has MOU with Byculla Zoo, Pancham aquaculture ,
Taraporewala aquarium, Paryavaran Dakshta Mandal and Diagnostic
lab,Vashi for the students to learn the skills by doing hands on trainings.
The Department conducts short and long excursions related to their studies.
